Monte Shrack from the Jay County Sherriff’s Department is leading a basic women’s self-defense class on January 25 from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. in the Community Room.  The class is designed to teach the true reality of women’s self-defense. It teaches simple, practical, effective, and sound techniques for self-defense. It will also teach self-awareness that will give women more confidence and peace of mind. This is not a physical class and does not promote violence.  This program does have a limited availability so call or stop by the library today to get your spot!
