Friends Study Room

Located to the right and past the adult electronic gallery as you enter the library proper, the Friends room seats 10-12 at a large conference table.  There is a wall-mounted marker board.  An LCD projector with laptop and DVD/Blu-ray player, overhead projector, slide projector, or flip chart stand. The room is available only during regular library hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am-1:00 pm,closed Sunday) and must be vacated before the library closes to the public.  No food or unlidded drinks are permitted.

Carnegie Study Room

Located on the east side, past the teen and large print areas, the Carnegie room seats 6 at a table. There is a wall-mounted marker board.  An LCD projector with laptop and DVD/Blu-ray player, overhead projector, slide projector, or flip chart stand. The room is available only during regular library hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am-1:00 pm, closed Sunday) and must be vacated before the library closes to the public. No food or unlidded drinks are permitted.

The doors to the meetings rooms must remain unlocked when occupied.

The library reserves the right to eject persons from meeting rooms if library policies are not followed.

Fees

Rental fees are charged to commercial and business concerns or for fund-raising activities at the following rate:
$11 per usage/per day

Not-for-profit organizations from outside the county must provide proof of non-profit status with the completed application.

These fees are for the privilege of using the room and include no library staff services for setting up or cleaning.

If soiling or damage by any tenant is determined by the library to require replacement or professional services to correct (e.g. carpet cleaning, broken furniture, etc.), the tenant will be financially responsible.

All fees are payable before the room is occupied. Fees from in-county users may be by check; all others must be in the form of cash or money order.
