The Parent Café with the Jay County Drug Prevention Coalition will be held Monday, April 15 from 4:30-6:00 p.m. Parent Café offers a safe place to come together, enjoy good food, and just talk—and there will be prizes! Please call or visit the library to sign up for this program.
