The Summer Challenge is our way to encourage you to enjoy your community and your library this summer!
To complete our Challenge you need to read 20 minutes a day and complete six activities, which includes a variety of fun things to do.  Activity Cards can be picked up at the library anytime after June 7 and returned anytime before 1:00 p.m. on July 17.  You will get a prize for completing the activity card and have a chance at a Grand Prize for your age group.  We also have a variety of programs for all ages, many of them involving live animals!  We have also set a community goal to reach 15,000 items checked out from the library during the Challenge. For each 1,000 items checked out, the library will be donating 30 pounds of pet food to Midwest Pet Refuge and the Jay County Humane Society.
