Seasonal Savor: Cooking with Fresh Produce From the Garden

Join us for the next session of our 4-part adult healthy cooking mini-series in partnership with the dietitians from IU Health Jay! During this mini-series, we will be covering a healthy cooking topic that relates to the season we are in. There will be discussion, food demonstrations, and taste tests! Join us on Tuesday, June 4 at 6 p.m., where registered dietitian Melissa Kanney will be sharing tips on cooking with fresh produce and will demonstrate deconstructed chicken kabobs and a tomato and cucumber salad. The remaining sessions will be held on the first Tuesday in September and December, later this year. Attendees will receive a free goodie bag provided by IU Health and there will be a free raffle prize basket.
