Come to the Jay County Public Library and learn all about ponies and the care of horses on Monday, July 12 from 5:30-7:30 in the library’s parking lot.  This come-and-go, family-friendly event will allow children the opportunity to pet and brush horses, make a craft, and learn all about horse care.  Thanks to Reins of Faith for providing this educational experience as part of our Summer Challenge programs!
