Let’s Get Cozy!

Join us on November 28 at 6 p.m. for our next Design Your Life adult mental health series session. In this session, we will discuss the Hygge method as a form of comfort we seek when dealing with our mental health and self-care skills. We will have some fun sharing different ways we find comfort and will be enjoying some warm and comforting foods and drinks. This is the perfect session to help support people who suffer from seasonal and holiday depression. Registration is required. Please call or visit the library to sign up!
