During the months of August through November, the Friends of the Jay County Public Library will be working on a service project to collect school supplies to create Christmas donation packages for teachers to restock their classrooms in December before Christmas break, to help them start off the New Year with fresh supplies! The Friends are accepting the following school supplies: Kleenex/tissue, notebook paper and notebooks, Clorox wipes, folders, crayons, markers, pencils, etc. Donations may be dropped off at the Jay County Public Library during normal business hours starting Friday, August 1 and the last day will be on Saturday, November 29. Thank you for helping us gift our teachers for the upcoming holiday season!
