Join the Friends of the Jay County Public Library on Friday, May 3 from 2-4 p.m., inside the library to sign-up to become a Friend, learn about all of the fun and exciting things the Friends are planning, find out how you can get involved and help out, chat about the annual book sale, or simply enjoy a free refreshment, while supplies last.
