JCPL is excited to announce our new free seed library, in partnership with Jay County Farm Bureau Inc., Jay County Purdue Extension, Jay County Health Department, and Jay County Soil & Water Conservation District. Beginning on Monday, April 14, ALL AGES are welcome to visit our seed library table and choose up to FIVE different seed envelopes to take home and plant in your gardens, while supplies last.
