We will teach you about the history of chocolate and each chocolate’s distinct flavor profile and preferred pairings, all while you learn how to be a professional taste tester! We will also be raffling off a free Chocolate Fondue Machine Kit that one lucky person will get to take home! Gather your friends, family, or significant other, dress up (highly recommended but not required) and try something new during this fancy and fun night out for adults at the library!
