Brrr… it’s cold outside! So come on inside the library, where it’s warm, and experience a lip balm tutorial! On Tuesday, January 23, participants will have the opportunity to create and design their own lip balms while being made to feel like they are at the beach. There will be two sessions.  The tutorial for 3rd-6th graders will be from 4:30-5:30 and the tutorial for teens and adults will be from 6-7 p.m.  Beach-themed refreshments will be provided.  Registration is required so call or visit the library soon to register for this event!
