JCPL is excited to welcome the newest addition to our staff this summer—our library bookworm, Willa Worma! Each week of our summer reading program, June 3-July 20, Willa Worma will be adventuring around the parks of Jay County to read her favorite books and hang out with her friends. She wants you to follow along with her! Each Monday throughout the summer, check for her posts on our Facebook page or stop into the library to see where her adventures take her. In addition, we will be doing a Family Read at the Parks Adventure Map, where families can choose to go visit and read a book at each of the 7 parks that Willa Worma travels to. Families who visit at least one park on the map can turn it in for a chance to win a Family Outdoor Adventure Pack. Please submit only one map per family! Each park equals one entry into the prize drawing, so the more parks you visit, the better chance you have to win! You may pick up a map from the library or you can print off the digital copy from our Facebook page or website after June 3.
